Traditional Physical Therapy

Schedule a primary doctor’s visit. Get offered pain medication, injections and imaging. Maybe you get referred to Physical therapy, the physical therapy clinic that works with that doctor. Are they the best at treating your condition? Who knows. Attend for several weeks to discover they are not and your pain is no better.

Spinal Haven

In-person or virtual options in a location focused on healing. All one-on-one treatments tailored specifically to you. No hassle, convincing Doctors to take you seriously. All with a Spinal Specialist Physical Therapist who has also experienced Chronic Pelvic/ Spinal pain and knows exactly where you are coming from.

  • I have seen plans above 35 visits pretty consistently at places I have worked

  • The rest of the time is doing exercises you have memorized while under the direction of an aid in high school.

  • For Consistent neck and Low Back Pain

30% stay the same, 25% get worse or quit

  • Cost of not being treated by someone who specializes in your Symptoms, not getting out of pain and potentially having more invasive procedures.

  • Catered to each individual depending on their issues, goals, and severity of symptoms

  • From the office, home or vacation

  • 3% people stay the same, 2% need surgery

  • You are guaranteed to make positive changes to your symptoms

If other therapies have failed, you owe it to yourself to try this method. You do not need specialized equipment to reduce your pain. Most neck, back and extremity pain can be rapidly decreased and abolished using self-generated movements.
